5. Skills

Categorize them into relevant groups, such as technical skills (e.g., programming languages, software proficiency), soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, problem-solving), and language skills. Be specific and avoid vague terms. Instead of "Proficient in Microsoft Office," specify which applications you are proficient in (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Certifications and Licenses (Optional)

Include any relevant certifications or licenses that demonstrate your expertise in a specific field. List the name of the certification, issuing organization, and date of completion.

7. Awards and Recognition (Optional)

Showcase any awards, honors, or recognition you have received for your professional or academic achievements. This section helps you stand out and demonstrates your excellence.

8. Volunteer Experience (Optional)

Include volunteer experience if it is relevant to the job you are applying for or if it demonstrates valuable skills such as teamwork, leadership, or communication.

9. References

You can either list references directly or state "References available upon request." If listing references, include their full name, title, company, phone number, and email address. Always obtain their permission before listing them as references. By understanding the structure and purpose of each section within a written CV template, you can create a document that effectively showcases your qualifications and maximizes your chances of landing an interview.
